3D Renderings:
Today I really wanted to nail the 3D text I want for the text. This was a daunting task that I knew would take a while. At first, there was a LOT of trial and error. Silly mistakes back to back. I recorded a portion of my work for you guys to watch below. You can see all the back-and-forth mistakes I made. You will also see the several times the programs crashed on me. This was the most stressful part as it was hard to run After Effects and Cinema 4D together.

Eventually, I started to really focus in and gained understanding quickly. I just really needed to understand the tracking portion of 3D rendering. At first, I slightly forgot how to navigate a 3d world which I figured out relatively quickly. Prior to this, I also found a nice bold font that I plan to use for the title. I found this whole process to be really interesting. I think I will be looking more into 3D production.
While making the title for the opening, I thought about the opening credits. I wanted a production company to be attached to the opening. For their into, I could create a 3D generated realm. I believe this will greatly add to the professionalism of the opening. Could also use this moment to play sounds of the character set. This will be a nice transition into the first scene. Bellow, you can see what I ended up with my first test with the 3D text.
My PC is on fire(literally):
Pic of my misery:
I know in my last sentence I said I would show you my first text. When I went to finally render everything, my PC could not handle it. It crashed horribly after several "low memory" messages.
I thought it would be funny to show you all my pain. It's fine though, I gained a lot of knowledge with this experience. Monday and Tuesday will be extensive filling/editing to finish up
the opening going into Wensday.
Then I will begin my reflection video!
